Today Pastor Neumeyer examines the symbolism in the word “yeast” as used by Jesus and as misunderstood by the disciples. The topic of yeast was used to refer to the teachings of both the government and the church regarding the way that they talked a big talk, but failed to walk a straight walk. In the end, we are asked whether we have a belief based fully on the teachings of the Bible AND are we living out that faith that is presented in the Bible….or is our faith a lot of hot air?
