RECIPE FOR PANKO-NUGGIES AND FRIES

Ingredients:
Cubed chicken breast (or thigh for more flavor ????)
All purpose flour
Eggs
Panko bread crumbs
Russet potatoes
Cooking oil

Panko-Nuggies
1) Cover chicken in flower and dust excess
2) Dip chicken into beaten eggs
3) Roll chicken in panko flakes to cover completely
4) Spray nuggets with cooking oil
5) Airfry at 375F for 15 minutes, turning halfway through

Fries
1) Cut potatoes into thick sticks (peeling optional)
2) Pat dry
3) Fry on medium for 5 minutes then remove
4) Fry for 3 minutes on high
5) Remove, drain, and season to preference (we enjoyed salt, pepper, and paprika)
