Made redundant by an Essex job centre, Stuart must return to his former workplace.

He’s convinced he did a better job than his ex-colleagues who are still there. But he was content to work there, especially because of Senior Job Seeker Advisor, Nicola who he had a one night stand with during half time of the England- Portugal game in 2006. He still holds out for a relationship to blossom even though seven years have gone by.

Now stuck on the other side of the desk with the unemployed, Stuart is reunited with Joe and Terry two old school friends that Stuart outgrew eons ago.

Stuart is concerned that the gift he left Nicola in her desk drawer could be misinterpreted.

In fact, it's the worst gift in the history of gifts. Joe, uncharacteristically, offers to help and retrieve the gift (during a diversion created by Gary Probert). Joe only manages to make matters worse - or does he? Stuart could actually be finally getting somewhere with Nicola.

There's a bloke sitting at the other end of the Job Centre waiting room. Joe, Terry and Stuart try and work out who he is.

He starts giving the three lads, evil looks. Joe becomes adamant that he is a hitman sent by the Food Standards Agency. Terry thinks it might be a bloke from Benefits fraud. Whoever he is they're determined not to be intimidated and return the evil looks.
