Back at it with another episode of Curb Appeal! Today we are recreating this beautiful Modern Coastal Cottage and we are building on the Domus Familiaris lot in Brindleton Bay. This house is perfect for a small and growing family of 5. The interior decor is in a transitional phase as the kids are growing up and the parents are slowly trying to upgrade their furniture since their kids aren't babies anymore!
