China calls for calm after second surveillance balloon discovered - Video

Meanwhile, the Pentagon has confirmed that another one has been seen over Latin America.

There's been an apology from Beijing - which claimed the first balloon was a weather 'airship' which just happened to blow off course.

But the diplomatic crisis is deepening.
