Whenever you become ill:

Step 1: Firstly YOU MUST ASK ALLAH TO CURE YOU! This is the most important step. If you ask people for help before you ask Allah this is completely wrong!

In Surah Fatiha we say to Allah ‘You alone we worship, you alone we ask for help’.

But do we really act on this?

Step 2 - CONSUME FOOD AND DRINK THAT WILL AID YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM. Things that work against your immune system are not good for health long term.

Step 3 - Get health advice of people who are healthy and a living example of what you want to be like! If a seriously ill person was telling you to drink alcohol because it’s healthy would you drink it?
