Eranog Normal and Eranog Heroic guide! Eranog is the first raid boss in the Vault of the Incarnates raid of Dragonflight. This boss guide for Eranog will walk you through the important healer, tank and DPS raid mechanics you need to clear this Vault of the Incarnates raid boss.



You fight Eranog in two phases. You start in the main phase. Tanks swap when the Burning Wound tank debuff starts to hurt, or on two stacks. Avoid the Molten Cleave frontal cone, which is easier if you're not hyper far off in ranged.


Players that Eranog marks with Flamerift should get out of the middle and loosely group to drop their puddles and Tarasek adds in one place. Slow, CC and rinse down those adds before their Fixate spreads them out too much.


At 100 energy, Eranog will pulse raid damage and summon a collapsing ring of Primal Fire elementals. Mark and focus one down to make a safe gap through the ring. Healers can use a cooldown if needed.


Heroic Eranog gets the addition of Molten Spikes. Dodge them when they spawn in and stay clear of them, since they'll explode when Eranog casts Incinerating Roar.
