Florida Man Arrested in Predator Sting Operation with Child’s Parents — Chris Hansen Reacts - Video

A Florida man was arrested for allegedly traveling to meet a child for sex in September 2022. The Cape Coral Police Department said officers worked with suspect Regan Beresford’s former neighbors, who claimed Beresford allegedly sent their child inappropriate messages two months prior, to arrest the 52-year-old man. Legendary investigative reporter and former host of “To Catch a Predator” Chris Hansen called the sting operation rare because the suspect knew the victim personally.
