Efficient Self Care & Feeling Good
Most people know that exercise/yoga is good, but what most people don't know is that there are certain movements we need that are not in our life or most exercise/yoga programs. We need precise movements, I call Essential, because if we do not get them our body starts to break down and we could feel pain, osteoarthritis, or sickness. The thing is about regular exercise/yoga programs, they are kinda shooting in the dark because oftentimes they neglect to address the elephant in the room: we are organic beings trying to live in an artificial world that is making us sick.
We need to counter the man-made artificial world that makes us age weird causing body pain and diseases.
