FISH SAUCE CHICKEN⤵️

2 chicken quarters
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Oil

CONCOCTION
Minced garlic
1/4 cup water
2 TBSP vinegar
2 TBSP fish sauce
2 TBSP sugar
Something to make it spicy - optional
- mix this all

1. Season your chicken with whatever you want. My go to is salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, and oil. I don’t have the measurements for this. Measure til your ancestors tell you to stop.

2. Then cook your chicken however you want. I cooked mine in the air fryer at 380F for 30 minutes flipping half way through.

3. While your chicken is cooking, mix all of the ingredients listed under CONCOCTION

4. In a skillet, heat up some oil and sauté garlic. Once garlic is fragrant, pour in your CONCOCTION. Cook this until it bubbles/ boils.

5. Once your CONCOCTION starts to boil, add your chicken and cook skin facing down for a couple of minutes so it gets a chance to soak up all that juicy goodness.

6. Serve with rice and veggie of choice
