Ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 200ml milk
- 30g fresh yeast
- 90g softened butter
- 80g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 5g salt
Instructions:
In a bowl, sift the flour. Dissolve the yeast in milk. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Knead the dough for 5 min, then cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30min.
Roll out the dough 1cm thick. Cut out with a glass. Fry the donuts at 160°C/320°F until golden brown and place on kitchen paper to drain excess fat.
Toppings:
Heat chocolate in a water bath and dip the donuts in it. Decorate with more chocolate or fruits as you like.
