Twitch's Hot Tub Problem is bigger than you think. - Video

This video is the first in a potential series of 3 episodes, where I would like to give my thoughts on a variety of issues, dramas, and debates happening on Twitch at the moment.

This video focuses directly on the recent hot tub meta, elaborating on a variety of criticisms put forward to Twitch, a company well established online with a fairly poor reputation. I also discuss the actions of some employees at the company, and how they have created an image of incompetence as representatives of Twitch.

In future episodes, I will present further criticism of the organisation and it's partners alike, looking at the culture of the website and why it is such a unique place when compared to other social media websites.
